David JarvisLoan Officer

NMLS: 1766086

David has been a local resident of Kitsap county since 1979, a transplant from Napa CA, but considers WA state his true home. Growing up in the Bremerton area, he developed a love for the Puget Sound and surrounding communities, attending Bremerton Jr High, Bremerton high school, Olympic college and the University of Washington, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.

His career has charted a path through the Bremerton School District, as a contractor with MRC & Vitro at torpedo base Keyport, Reid Realty and into the tech sector with Boxlight Corporation in Poulsbo for 13 years. Later he would hold sales positions with technology companies based on the East coast in the audio visual world, as well as being an outside sales rep for an automotive electronics company based in Portland Or. Having flown nearly 80,000 miles in a single year with Alaska airlines, he decided to bring things back to a local focus, and completed the NMLS requirements to obtain his mortgage loan officer license. Bringing his customer-focused business and management experience acquired over the years, David is applying his energy to helping people achieve their financial goals and become home owners as a mortgage loan advisor with PRMI.

The golden rule guides his treatment of customers by treating clients with the same respect and courtesy one would expect for themselves. Putting others first comes naturally to him as well as one of the first, hard-fast laws of customer relations, to “do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you will do it, and exceed expectations!”

You may see David out in the community, performing or enjoying music at public events, boating or just being out and about. Be sure to stop and say hello, and let him know if you’d like him to exceed your expectations!
